A Little Something is a social enterprise empowering new settler women to create and share with the community. In essence, it’s a humble contribution - a little something by new settler communities towards a more sustainable Australia.
Let us cater your next event, join us for a cooking class, or pop by for a craft workshop.

A Little Something Catering is focused on providing a space where women from asylum-seeking and refugee backgrounds can harness their cooking potential through catering events. Our mission is to support women in gaining financial independence, continuously upskilling and improving their culinary skills. Our goal in our catering service is to ensure our customers are satisfied with wholesome, traditional meals that are cooked and prepared with fresh ingredients by our valued chefs.
Our cooking classes offer more than just the opportunity to create delicious dishes from new settler communities. We also use superfoods as ingredients to improve community health and raise awareness about the importance of a clean environment by teaching participants to effectively utilise food scraps to create compost.
Our craft workshops are a chance for new settler women to share their skills and culture with participants, all while promoting sustainable practices such as upcycling.
